Founding and Technology Architecture
Katuq is born as an all-in-one SaaS platform, designed from the ground up to centralize and automate the entire sales operation: from receiving the order to final delivery. We brought together in a single ecosystem the technology tools Colombian businesses need to operate at peak efficiency.
- 2023
Consolidation in the Manufacturing Sector
Successful rollout across manufacturing in Antioquia. We digitized complex make-to-order (MTO) production processes, mapping custom workflows by operations center and unifying sales channels for high-volume transactions.
- 2024
Scalability, Integrations and Institutional Backing
We expanded our infrastructure nationwide and consolidated key integrations (Siigo partners, Alegra, ePayco, among others) to automate the sales cycle end to end. This growth was backed by the business ecosystem: we won Capital Semilla Medellín and were selected for Créame's incubation program.

AI, Acceleration and Strategic Positioning
We launched KAI, our advanced AI assistant, to optimize operational workflows, provide 24/7 sales support and power real-time data analysis. At the same time, we scaled our business vision by joining Ruta N's acceleration program and strengthened our presence in the industry by standing out at key innovation and e-commerce events such as StartCo, Conexión Summit and Feria Effix.
