One SMS is one segment of up to 160 characters (70 with accents or emojis). On WhatsApp, Meta may change its rate; if it does, we adjust the unit price for later sends.

Katuq customers
Katuq Marketing is not included in Katuq Platform
Katuq Platform already includes your operation's notifications and transactional emails: confirmations, shipping labels and invoices. Katuq Marketing is for promotional and advertising campaigns and is 100% usage-based, separate from your plan. The advantage of running it in Katuq is that you use your customer base and purchase history to segment every send.

Terms. Prices are in Colombian pesos per unit sent and reflect rates in effect as of October 2026; they may be updated for future periods. Katuq Marketing is an add-on, not included in Katuq Platform, billed by usage through prepaid packages or on the customer's monthly invoice in arrears, at the rate of the package reached. Prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from purchase; after that, unused sends are forfeited. Payments are non-refundable. One SMS is one segment of up to 160 characters, or 70 with special characters; longer messages use several segments. WhatsApp rates depend on Meta's and may be adjusted when Meta changes them. Katuq commits to diligently processing and handing sends to the corresponding carrier or platform (best-efforts obligation); it does not guarantee final delivery, opens, reads, clicks or sales, which depend on factors beyond Katuq's control, such as valid numbers and addresses, carrier filters, Meta's policies and the quality of the customer's offer. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining recipients' prior consent under Law 1581 of 2012, its regulations and CRC rules on commercial messages, and for the content of each send; Katuq may suspend campaigns that breach these rules or platform policies. Price comparisons use each provider's public information as of the stated date and are for information only.
