They may change without notice; verify them before deciding. Most don't include the digital certificate, which is purchased separately.

If you use all of Katuq, it's free
Katuq also handles your orders, inventory, production, products, customers, integrations, notifications, shipments and much more. Anyone who activates any platform plan doesn't pay for the electronic invoicing license for as long as they remain a customer. The digital certificate and its renewal are purchased separately.

Start invoicing
Tell us how many invoices you issue per month and, in the same conversation, we'll tell you how much you're overpaying today.
Terms. Amounts are expressed in Colombian pesos and correspond to the rate in effect as of September 2026; they may be updated for subsequent periods. The service consists of a digital certificate and setup charge, payable upon activation and renewable every twelve months due to the certificate's validity period, and a usage license billed monthly or annually. The subscription is contracted for twelve-month periods and remains in effect until the contracted date. Amounts paid are non-refundable: if not all contracted services are used during the term, there is no refund, compensation or carryover of the remainder to later periods. Under the monthly option, early termination does not release you from paying the outstanding installments of the contracted period, and payments more than eight calendar days overdue result in suspension of the service until the account is brought current. The digital certificate is issued in the customer's name and is non-transferable. Unlimited issuance refers to reasonable use associated with the contracting NIT's own operations and does not apply to resale, agency or issuance on behalf of third parties. Katuq undertakes to diligently carry out the generation, signing and transmission of electronic documents; final validation is the responsibility of the DIAN and depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer, the validity of its numbering resolution and the availability of the DIAN's services. Enablement times are estimates and depend partly on third parties. Rate comparisons are prepared using each provider's public information as of the date indicated, are calculated on the document volume entered by the visitor and are for informational purposes only.
