Katuq also runs your orders, inventory, production, products, customers, integrations, notifications, deliveries and much more. Anyone on Katuq Platform gets Katuq Communications Essential (3 users, one WhatsApp number, Instagram and Messenger) for as long as they remain a customer. Extra users and numbers, WhatsApp messages and usage-based services such as cloud telephony are billed separately.

Terms. Prices are in Colombian pesos and reflect rates in effect as of October 2026; they may be updated for future periods. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly; the monthly plan has no minimum term and the yearly plan is contracted for twelve months. Payments are non-refundable. WhatsApp messages are billed at Meta's rates in effect when sent, which Meta may change, and usage-based services such as cloud telephony and email connection are billed at the rate published at launch. Connecting WhatsApp by QR code is not an official Meta mechanism, is unstable and carries a risk of the number being blocked or suspended; customers who choose it assume that risk and Katuq is not liable for blocks, suspensions, disconnections or data loss resulting from its use. Connecting numbers and channels depends on approval and policies from Meta, TikTok and other platforms, which may suspend or limit an account for reasons beyond Katuq's control. Katuq commits to providing the service diligently (best-efforts obligation); it does not guarantee any volume of messages, contacts or sales, which also depend on the customer's timely replies, the content sent and compliance with each platform's policies.
